Dear valued customer,

We (Curtis and Tina) have decided to sell the building and close My Batters box. With mixed emotions, we made this difficult decision to close My Batters Box. We write this letter with a heavy heart, but also with deep appreciation for your unwavering support and loyalty throughout the years.

Since our opening in 2006, we have had the privilege of serving our community and building strong relationships with our customers. Your patronage has been instrumental in our success, and we are sincerely grateful for the trust you placed in us. Even though we are excited for the next phase of our lives, we feel this is bittersweet, as we will miss you and your families.

However, due to the sale of the property to the Town of Prosper, we have made the difficult decision to close My Batters Box. It has been our pleasure to help thousands of kids improve their baseball and softball skills over the past 17 years. We have watched them grow up, graduate high school and go on to college. This work has been vastly rewarding in so many ways. We love the games of baseball and softball so don’t be surprised if you see us in the stands at your games.

As we bid farewell, we want to express our profound appreciation for your loyalty and support over the years. It has been an honor to serve you, and we will cherish the memories and relationships we have built. We are confident that your journey will continue to be filled with beautiful experiences.

Thank you once again for being a part of our story. We wish you all the best and hope that our paths will cross again. Should you have questions, concerns, or require further assistance, Tina will be available through 9:00 pm on August 11, 2023, which will be My Batters Box’s final day of operation

What about the lessons left on my package

Refunds will be issued back to your credit card on file for any lessons left in any lesson packages that have not expired.

If you do not have a card on file or your card is no longer valid, please log in to https://mbbtx.org and update your card, or call 972-347-1341 for assistance.

We will issue refunds after out last day of operation (8/11/2023). We will put the refund on the card on file.

What about my Instructor?

We will update this web page here Instructors' new locations with updates on where the instructors are moving to. We are working with all of them fo find them a new home. We will continuously update this page as instructors get settled.

Can I schedule lessons until the Closing day?

Yes, Coach Curtis' last lesson will be on August 3rd. Most instructors are planning on giving lessons at MBB until August 11th. Please talk to your instructor, as they find new places this may change. We have turned off online booking, so please all the front Desk at 972-347-1341 to be added to the schedule.

Monday-Friday: 4 pm – 9 pm

Saturday: 9 am – 1 pm

Sunday: Closed

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your business - if you purchased a package, please note the expiration date.

Refund Policy: Due to the discounted pricing, we do not offer refunds on the lesson packages.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.

All no-shows will be charged full price for the lesson or cage rental.

All lessons and cage rentals must have a card on file to hold the reservation.
